As a Senior Technical Account Manager, Filip is responsible for all BPM and Business Rules pre-sales activities within IBM for Australia and New Zealand. Mr Lou is a Co-writer of WfMC workflow handbook chapters and a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars. He has 12 years experience in BPM, Business Rules Management, project management, software and web development, both from a technical and business perspective, working on a great number of international projects with clients ranging from international financial companies, national regulatory bodies and government departments.
