  • Every Government Agency has the same challenges around the management of FOI requests: Compliance, Transparency and Risk Management - and the choice of technology platform to manage these challenges.
  • Morten will present a Federal Government case study on how Business Process Management has been used to help organisations deal with FOI changes.
  • This will include a demonstration on business process modelling, simulation and continuous business process improvement.

BPMLink Update for 2011


Last year saw another successful year of presentations. discussions, debates,, information sharing, learning and networking amongst our growing subscriber base. Having run around 25 events from February to December 2010 across six chapters in excess of 500 people enjoyed our events. We would once again like to thank our host organisations and sponsors for consistently providing great venues, catering and presenters. The breadth of topics covered in 2010 reflects the broad spectrum of BPM perspectives - they included:
